Get the most out of the 2N® Indoor Touch 2.0 indoor station

Take advantage of the entire display

It’s not that it hasn’t been used before – but rather that video calls have been displayed at a 4:3 ratio. After updating to firmware version 4.8.2, you can enable users to switch the call to the full-screen width of the indoor station’s 7’’ display. This is especially useful during intercom calls involving video intercoms with wide-angle cameras (such as the 2N® IP Style and 2N® IP Verso 2.0) It gives residents a better view of what’s happening outside their home, which increases the security of the building.

Zoom In

If the resident wants a really close look at the face of the person at their door, all they have to do is pinch with two fingers to zoom in during a call, just like they can on the 2N® Indoor View indoor station (or on their mobile phone!) What’s more, it’s not just a slight zoom – they can zoom in by up to 400% of the original image size – great for small details like name tags or identification.

Improve the Performance

We squeezed some extra performance out of the existing hardware. Do you want the boost? It’s simple. You can optimise the performance of the 2N® Indoor Touch 2.0 indoor station by simply updating to the new firmware version 4.8.2. This will have a positive effect, especially in installations with hundreds of units on a single network.

Manage Adaptive Face Zooming

Let’s zoom in one more time! But this time, it’s by using the Adaptive Face Zooming function, which is a built-in feature of the 2N® IP Style and 2N® IP Verso 2.0 video intercoms. Adaptive Face Zooming allows the intercoms to automatically and dynamically zoom in on the visitor’s face to make it easier for the resident to identify them. But what if they want to see the full frame of the video intercom camera, in cases where they need to have a full overview of the entire area? A new button in the top right corner will help. When a resident presses it during a call, Face Zooming will switch off.

Why should you choose the 2N® Indoor Touch 2.0 indoor station for your project?

The 7″ touchscreen offers excellent durability

The touchscreen of the 2N® Indoor Touch 2.0 indoor station provides the residents with a detailed image of their visitors and an overall visual experience that goes beyond the usual standard – but despite its advanced capabilities, you don’t need to worry about scratches. Durable 4 mm thick tempered glass can withstand regular contact with keys or handbags and can also withstand accidental bumps.

Integration with Automated Smart Home Systems

The 2N® Indoor Touch 2.0 is not just a regular indoor station. It’s the heart of a smart home! Thanks to the support of the Android operating system, installing third-party apps is a piece of cake. The device also comes with pre-installed camera monitoring apps from Axis.

Award-winning design that complements stylish interiors

The design of the 2N® Indoor Touch 2.0 indoor station has been awarded the prestigious Red Dot Award: proving that it will look great in any home, including those with the most stylish of interiors. We designed the unit to have a sleek, modern look that reflects the advanced technology inside and that ensures that it will become a distinctive feature of modern living environments.

Video messages

2N® Indoor Touch 2.0 transforms communication by answering calls from visitors even when residents are not at home. When a visitor rings, the video intercom at the door prompts visitors to record a video message. When the resident comes back home, not only will they be able to hear messages left for them, but they will also be able to see who was looking for them when they were not at home.

Doorbell button support

Connect the doorbell button at the apartment door directly to the 2N® Indoor Touch 2.0 indoor station. When a visitor presses the doorbell, the 2N® Indoor Touch 2.0 plays a pre-selected melody. This seamless integration means you’ll save on costs as you don’t have to buy extra doorbell electronics.

Different variants of the Do Not Disturb mode

Simply silencing the ringtone of an incoming call is the classic option – however, the 2N® Indoor Touch 2.0 indoor station can also automatically refuse the call when set to Do Not Disturb. Then, the video intercom at the door can then forward the call, to the reception, another answering unit, or the resident’s mobile phone with the My2N app.
