In a traditionally conservative security industry, Ajax Systems has fundamentally redefined the perception of security devices. The company was the first in the industry to start talking about protection not through dry specifications but through emotions and user experience. The focus shifted from presentations and long descriptions to aesthetic design materials, clear video instructions, meaningful product pages on the website, and creative campaigns.
One of the examples of the company’s non-trivial communication is Ajax Special Event, an annual product presentation that has become a global industry benchmark. The latest event, titled “Dare to be first,” combined a high-end online broadcast with nearly 100 offline premieres in 36 countries, reaching a total of over 2.7 million people.
