Sixth edition of Intersec Saudi Arabia set for October
Intersec Saudi Arabia, the trade fair for safety, security, and fire protection in Saudi Arabia, will return for its sixth edition from 1 – 3 October 2024 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center (RICEC).
Organised by 1st Arabia and licensed by Messe Frankfurt, the event is held in association with the Ministry of Interior and Saudi Civil Defense.
As reported by Intersec Saudi Arabia, the exhibition draws thousands of security and safety professionals from around the GCC annually.
In 2023, the event recorded a groundbreaking attendance of 15,336 visitors.
This year, the organisers expect to host 17,000 visitors, with the exhibition space increased by 34% to cover a total area of 23,000 sqm across five halls and an outdoor showcase.
Extensive international participation expected
Intersec Saudi Arabia 2024 is anticipated to feature over 350 exhibitors from 27 countries.
The exhibition will include country pavilions for China, the Czech Republic, France, and the UK.
Saudi-based exhibitors will make up 29% of the participants, showcasing their products across five sectors: Commercial & Perimeter Security, Cybersecurity, Public Safety & Security, Fire and Rescue, and Safety and Health.

Focus on industry challenges and innovations
The annual conference programme will feature the Future Security and Safety Summit and the Fire Protection and Technology Summit.
These summits are designed to address the specific needs of the Saudi market, focusing on current and emerging security threats and advancements in fire safety and technology.

Networking opportunities for industry professionals
The event will also see the return of the Premium Club, providing networking opportunities for professionals in safety, security, and fire protection.
The programme is designed to facilitate connections between key buyers and exhibitors, promoting a seamless purchasing process.
Intersec Saudi Arabia will be spread across Halls 1-5 at RICEC.
Halls 1 and 2 will showcase Commercial, Perimeter, Homeland, and Cybersecurity sectors, while Halls 3 and 4 will focus on Fire Health and Safety.
Hall 5, named Intersec Plus, along with an outdoor exhibition space, will feature Security, Safety, and Fire exhibitors.
